In this exploration Spiritual Teacher and Psychologist Marlies Cocheret, and Ellen Emmet who is a Transpersonal Psychologist and a teacher in Non-Duality Yoga and Movement Therapy, talk about how it is to be a woman on the path of awakening and liberation. It is important to first know that what we really are is beyond female and male and form. We can then begin to learn to express ourselves in a balanced way and reach our full potential as Human Beings.
